Please note: Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment. Treatments begin and end as scheduled or the full value will be charged. To cancel an appointment and avoid a full fee charge, we require 24 hours advance notice and 48 hours advance notice for treatments requiring more than 3 hours. Monday appointments must be cancelled by 4pm on Saturday to avoid full cancellation fee. Appointments before 9am and on a Sunday will be charged accordingly and full payment is required at the time of booking.

Nyumba does not accept responsibility for any personal items left on the premises.
Prices and services are subject to change. Prices do not include gratuities. For out of salon services a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking and paid in full before any services are carried out. In accordance with our terms of engagement, our invoices are payable on receipt.
Nyumba requires full payment upon completion of all services.

Failure to pay on time will result in pre-payment in full for future appointments & services.
